2, regular return visit to customers:

Return party a's relevant departments 1-2 times a year, solicit opinions of the use of wooden floor, patrol check whether there is any quality problem on wooden floor, handle in time when problems found.

 

 

 

3, large event service commitments:

Party a has a large sports activities, we send professional and technical personnel to the scene is responsible for technical support, the special failure of emergency floor processing, assisting in the successful completion of sports activities smoothly.

 

 

 

4, technical training:

(1) in front of the wooden floor installation, debugging and commissioning is completed to party a shall provide free technical training and technical personnel.

(2) the wood floor installation special free training 3-4 party a's property management personnel, to provide "wooden floor daily maintenance manual". Make the party a's property management personnel to master the daily maintenance of wooden floor knowledge, ensure the normal operation of wood floor and can be more skilled to exclude general failure.

 

 

 

5, the following the company only provide paid maintenance services, not free warranty:
